Blacktop is The #1 Choice for Driveways & Parking Lot's
We Know How To Get The Job Done Right.
On new installations we 1st prepare the surface by grading, leveling and adding additional base rock as needed (*if* needed). The base then gets compacted with a heavy duty asphalt roller. Next the area being paved is either string lined or painted out for guidelines. On Overlays/Re-cap's we apply a tac-coat to the old surface for waterproofing and bonding the layers together, then using a state-of-the-art power-paver we install a 2-inch layer of hot mix blacktop and compact it using both small and large pneumatic rollers, as well as plate compactors where needed and hand-tamp the edges at a 45-degree angle to insure stronger edges.
On top of being a liability and unsightly, Heavily-Cracked & pot holed areas will only get worse If they aren't repaired. This Parking Lot needed extensive grinding/milling and saw cut repairs before the new Asphalt layer could be installed.
Maintenance is a Necessity, the amount of repair work factors into the cost of the job, A contractor with little knowledge could miss-bid the project.
Our years of experience is what separates us from other paving contractors, We Never bid a job for anything more than it needs.
